Dear experts,
when collective release of SES (with different header information, usually an invoice #) for the same PO, in the release (collective), the system takes the header information from the first SE and overwrites the rest of the Service Entries.
its ok with single SES release but happens for collective release only.
Hi, It is normal, for 1 SES you get only 1 header text facility to enter, If you want separate header for text for all line items, you need to do SES separately for all line item.

Hi,
It is as per the standard functionality. In ML85 a popup appears with 4 fields (one of them is IMKPF-XBLNR). These fields are stored twice, on in ESSR (service entry sheet) and once MKPF (material document header). Because they are stored on header level of material document they can't differ for all lines and that's the reason they can't differ for the entry sheets you're processing in one step in ML85.
If you want to keep the entries different for all entry sheets, there is definitely no other way apart from Releasing and Saving these SES's individualy.
Hope my explaination helps.
Regards,
Agreta
