COHV vs COOIS

Hello Guru,

Can you explain the difference of the functionality for COHV versus COOIS? and thus COOIS can also make the released order to TECO? and that is the capability of CHOV it can TECO those release order.

Hi Ryan,

COOIS is used for reporting purpose i.e you have see the Order information like Confirmation / GR etc carried out on the Production Order. It will even allow you to navigate to the Tcode : CO02 for carrying out some status changes. But the Tcode : COOIS is not directly used for carrying out an activity.

COHV is the tcode used for performing an task like putting TECO / CLSD / REVOKE TECO etc for an production order.

Hello Guru,

But even though am using COOIS we can see the VARIANT we use to teco order in COHV and we try to use the same variant for COOIS and we do TECO again those not yet TECO order it works we can do TECO even in COOIS by using VARIANT created in COHV.

how this come? we know COOIS can only display orders

any inputs and help with this?

Any inputs Dhaval and R.Brahamankar??
