Hi community,
what is the criteria to retrigger scheduling agreement workflow? I did test in system, and found that the price change will not retrigger workflow... I found the configuration for PO (101097), but not for scheduling agreement. can I configure the criteria for scheduling agreement by myself?
Regards,
Shasha
Hi shasha_chen ,
The only fields that re-trigger scheduling agreement workflow are Purchasing Group, Target Value, Validity to and Validity from.
In addition, there is 'Withdraw from Approval' button also available to withdraw SA.

Yes Junaid, you are right we can't change purchasing org field, once SA is saved. To mention it clearly, what ever fields which are editable after the approval or saving the SA, the retrigger will happen only based on those field. For the list of field currently SA refers the CEKKO structure for retrigerring of workflow.

Hi Shasha: As per my information, once you withdraw Scheduling agreement from Approval, valididty end and Net value change retrigger the workflow. There is no SSCUI now for scheduling agreement manage Conditions to Restart Flexible Workflow as we have for PO. But we might get that in future.

Hi Sasha,
Retrigger of workflow for Approved SA is possible. There are several fields such as Purchasing Org. Purchasing group, currency, target amount etc. in header & net price , target quantity in item level which retriggers the workflow for SA. Currently configuration similar to PO is not available, it's part of roadmap to deliver the same in future
