CO11N Activity Types do not update

Hi Gurus,

we are using a custom confirmation profile for CO11N. When entering the yield quantity, activities like "setup", "machine" or "labor" are not updated by the system. We first have to click "Actual Data" to get the values for the activity types. When we adjust the yield quantity from let's say "10 PC" to "5 PC", the values do not update and remain the same. The profile "SAP_STANDARD" (CORUPROF parameter "null") shows the right behaviour (the system immediately updates activities when entering/changing quantities). We need this behaviour for our custom profile.

These are the settings we made in SPRO so far, any ideas what's missing?

Transaction CO11N, enter the order number and the operation number quanity , youneed  press Enter.

after you change the quantity then  proposed activities are  recalculated .

Is it working with Standard confirmation profile?

Also check customer exit  for confirmation like CONFPP06, CONFPP07 is activated in your system

--> No, after changing qty, proposed activities remain the same (that's my problem)

Is it working with Standard confirmation profile?

--> Yes!

Also check customer exit  for confirmation like CONFPP06, CONFPP07 is activated in your system

--> I activated theses exits, but nothing has changed.

Hello,

After you change the yield quantity did you hit on enter?

pressing ENTER the activities are  recalculated.

Read carefully SAP consulting note   415846 - How Confirmation Proposals for activities work

Also refer SAP note  1966340 - CO11N: Activities are not recalculated on yeild quantity change.

Hi,

I think I found the bug:

we have 3 additional fields for wip batches in our confirmation profile (see screenshots). When I delete these fields from the profile in OPK0, everything is ok. It seems that the WIP fields deactivate the "immediate proposal" function....

We need the "working" profile pluse these three fields for WIP Batch processing.

Hello,

I think you have activated the business function  LOG_PP_WIP_BATCH I'm not sure whether it supports activity recalculation after quantity changed.

Please open a message to SAP.

Also test the same by implementing SAP note 1355971 - CO11N WIP batch: Incorrect default data

Thanks for your answert! Correct, we have activated the stated business function. First I will try to implement the SAP note and then raise an OSS ticket if the problem persists. I will keep you posted.
