Dear Experts, kindly guide on a customer merger situation wherein both are on SAP HANA. However, due to merger they need to bring one of the version down from R4 to R2 so that they have one consistent platform. Please advise how to move forward?
Please advise if you have encountered similar situation, and can share the approach /guidelines/tools/techniques to handle the customer merger situation.

There is no option to roll back. The only option was to export all data and import back again.
