This could be due to the way you have coded the routine to fill the pricing communications structure in RV60AFZZ (USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP). Some internal fields/structures are not available in the USEREXIT while the billing document is being created. These are filled later - so they are available when you run the condition analysis. You need to debug the USEREXIT during VF01.

Hi,
Sometimes it may be happen due to the following reasons:-
1> Condition record creation date/time > pricing date/time
2> Item condition type manually deleted in your document
Please check the change logs of your document as well as your condition record. You will get some idea on how it happened.

Hi,
Have you added a custom field to the Field catalog for pricing?
If yes, since you have maintained condition record for Sales Org ,Dist Ch, Division and Character.as per Batch character
in which billing runtime structure is it getting populated?

Amit
