Changing useful life of an asset class

Hello to all,

I want to ask a question about useful life of asset class. Could you please kindly advice if it is possible to change the useful life of an asset class ? Need your help and advice.

Hello @Gizem_S if you need to maintain default useful life  for asset class at depreciation area level it can be done in OAYZ t-code.

I have checked the transaction code and i understand the process for asset classes.

Could you please kindly let me know if there another change need to done in system after i changed the useful life of the asset class ?
