Hi
An authorization object exists ( C_STUE_NOH - authorization to edit bills of material without change number). This authorization object has only one field. When maintain a bill of material with history requirement (setting in OS27), the system checks whether the user has an authorization for which 'X' is entered in this field of object C_STUE_NOH.
If this is the case, the system just displays a warning message saying that the bill of material has a history requirement. Otherwise, an error message is displayed.

Dear JJ,
For this you have to do some config settings and an authorization check.check these settings,
1.In OS27 - Check box included for BOM validity maintained,EC Management active,History Requirement.
2.In OS25 - BOM usage 1 & BOM status 1 - History Requirement check box is included.
3.While creating the roles for giving the authorization for the T codes CS01/CS02,ensure for the Authorization object
C_STUE_NOH is with value "NO".(Your Basis consultant can help you in this setting).
