Hi,

I found some online documentation that should help you find your way around change documents:

HI,

SAP has provided change document objects for various applications like MATERIAL for material master, PLAN for Inspection Planning in QM module etc.

List of all change documents can be viewed using T.code SCDO..

Change document objects are very useful to track the changes in the standard application transactions.

E.g. whenever any change in material master is done , system generates a change number . The table CDHDR (Change Doc header table) and CDPOS (Change document items) are updated , which can be read to find information like, USER who changed, T.code used for change in the application data , date etc.

Reward if find useful.

Regards,
