certificate for delivery

client require certifcate while delivering the finished product. please guide how to do this in QM Module?

Hi Kailash,

There r few basic steps

1. Create a certificate profile - QC01

2. Assign the certificate profile to ur Material and customer combination - QC15

3. Define the certificate recipient - VV21

4. Generate the certificate for the outbound delivery - QC20
