Hello. With Custom CDS view, you can merge data from various sources to model the data in accordance with your specific business requirements.
C_EngmntProjCostQuery Engagement Project Cost and Revenue Query : CDS view provides essential data such as the total planned and actual costs and revenues of a project, both overall and up to the current month. Additionally, it enables inquiries into the billed revenue of the project over the same periods and assists in estimating the probable margin percentage upon project completion. Please note that questions related to revenue and margin are not applicable to internal projects.

In addition you can learn more with help documentation on CDS Views here on CDS Views for Customer and Internal Project Management  and for enterprise project refer to Help documentation

Additionally you can refer to below CDS Views/queries for designing your solution

C_EngmntProjUnbilledRevenueQry Engagement Project Unbilled Revenue Query

I_ProjDmndExpenseDistribution retrieves data of a demand for expense that is related to the distribution of the planned cost or revenue over time.

I_EngagementProjFinancialPlan - refer for financial plan of engagement projects. It would be beneficial to extract planned data relevant to cost and revenue.

I_EngmntProjActlPlanCube CDS view equips users with the necessary data to address several critical business questions, including identifying deviations between planned and actual costs to date, determining the proportion of billable versus non-billable project costs, and comparing current costs to baseline versions.

Hope this helps

Thanks
