How to get the document number from status bar during the execution of the test script and also I need help on saving that document number in excel file.

Hello,

This is possible using GETMESSAGEPARAMS component. you can add this component into your script and the value will be stored in one of the parameters like MessageParameter1/MessageParameter2.
