Dear all
we have a requirement that when i recieve a payment for cash sales it should not go and update the recievables in the credit master sheet .
Pls note we have a same pricing procedure for both credit and cash sales .
kindly suggest how to elimate the cash sales value not updating the credit master .

Hi,
While defning the cash sales Doc type at IMG, do not maintin any value for credit group and check credit limit....
The credit limit check happens based on the combination of Credit Control AreaCredit GroupRisk Category...
Credit Control Area is defined and assigned to Company code
Credit Group id defined and assigned to Sales Doc
Risk category is defined and assigned to respective Credit Contro Area
If this criteria is not then the system will not carry out any creidt limit check against that particulr sales doc.

Hi Badri,
Remove the credit active firld from the item category of your cash sales document.
The system will not update the details in FD32 for cash sales after the tick is removed.

Please check your Item category for cash sales (standard BVN) and whether the CREDIT ACTIVE field is checked or unchecked.
