How does cascading goals working HCM Performance Management EP4. I am using the flexible performance management. I see a few BAdi's for cascading.
But how does it work -- how does the manager create the goal and cascade it to his team
Or corporate create core values and cascade
Any insights?
hi Veeri, were you able to cascade corporate goals? we may need to do the same...
just interested how this functionality worked for you, if you can share with us your experience and any issues we should be aware of?

Hello,
In MSS 1.41 role by default pre-defined ui is called.
To create and cascade TEAM GOAL => Login to Portal ->MSS tab -> Talent Management -> Performance Management.
once the application starts, go to the third tab: TEAM GOALS.
To create and cascade CORPORATE GOAL or CORE VALUE, Talent Management Specialist role is required.
You can refer SAP NOTE : 1436869 for the configuration required from phap_catalog transaction.

Use BADI 'Add Cascading Goal'. Add it in the criteria group where you want to cascade the goals to.
Tha manager creates and cascades the goals through MSS. He can cascade to the whole team or selected individuals.
