Hi Kathif,

There is some issue with permission between servers and folder level also.

Just follow the commands

1.  <Dir>:\Program Files\SAP\Content Server>Icacls * /grant NETWORKSERVICE:F

2.<Dir>:\sapdb\programs\pgm>Icacls sql*.dll /grant NETWORKSERVICE:F

3. <Dir>:\sapdb\programs\pgm>odbcreg LiveCache –i –p <DIR>:\sapdb\programs\pgm

Finally you will see the result   as ODBC driver for LIVE CACHE has been successfullyregistered. Now RUN the test programs. Hope that u made cross check with HTTP connection as i explained in previous reply .

HI Kathif,

Can check remote connection for SAP HTTP  under TCP/IP connection  from SM 59 .

Make sure DB manager tool should be running on sap content server.

This error usually comes beacuse of improper settings maintained in CSADMIN for repository:

Do few changes in CSADMIN Settings for repository:

ContentStorage Host : (Enter name instead of IP)

ContentStorageName : WCC

Storage : ContentStorage.dll

Security : 1

ContRepDescription : (Enter descreption as given in OAC0)

driver : LiveCache or MaxDB (Whatever you are using)

Incase of DB, maintain also

SAPDMSUser :

SAPDBPassword :

Please check after making these changes and revert.

Hi Kashif,

I guess certificate is not active for that storage category (Content Server). Please check in CSADMIN.

Hi Kashif ,

Go with define data carrier 'server front end'  as PC to identify front end computers.  Data carrier 'PC' should be 'DEFAULT' for front end computers and save properly.

Regarding upload issue check with server test connections.

This PC type already defined. if i check in in local SAP DB, it is working fine.

Test connection of content server all checked and green light is getting showed up there.

my point was do i need some separate additional carrier type for content server or same PC default will do.
