Dear Gurus,

currently i am doing a scenario - capacity requirement planning. for process industry.

I started with material - then master recipe - production version defined in the material master - created planned independant requirement MD61 - MRP run MD02 with lead time scheduling - then md04

but the requirement is not appeared in cm01 and cm02

also after converting planned orders to process order and releasing the order also no requirement appeared in the cm - capacity tcodes.

Do i need to make any setting before starting with?

Please help me

Dear,

Please do the couple of checks,

1) Resource should active for finite scheduling

2) Resource should have active version and capacity defined there.

3) Correct formula should be there.

4) Recipe should have correct time defined.

5) Control key should active for scheduling and capacity requirement.

6) OPUZ and OPU5 should active for scheduling and capacity requirement..

Dear,

Yes you can use it.

In recipe in phase you have to define time for scheduling so it will use for capacity requirement.

Please test  the same and come back.

Thanks Rupesh,

                       Solved the issue.

Made changes in master recipe. Added operation and then one suboperation with same resource and added duration (standard value) in that. then followed above steps.
