My overall profile I want to make by default. Please tell me how can it possible

Dear,

There is a TCODE: OPA6

You can see how the overall profiles are configured

Yoy can assign the Overall Profile of Capacity levelling in OPKP

Define the Overall profiles in OPD0.

SPRO>PRODN>CAP REQT PLANNING>CAPACITY LEVELING AND EXTENTED EVALUATION>DEFINE OVERALL PROFILE

Here you define your time profile which will become default.

Hi,

In OPD0 my overall profile is not there but in OPA6 my overall profile is there. what is the difference? In SU3 I done the assignment. Then also it is not working.

Hi,

The Overall profile in OPA6 is for Capacity Evaluation and in OPD0 is for Capacity Levelling. The one mentioned to do in SU3 is for (CYA) Capacity levelling(graphical) which you wil do in CM21,CM25 and CM27.

So use the assignment as per the requirement in SU3.

Thanks for this usefull information. In CM01, at the time of converting plnd order to prod. order (if work center is overloaded) I want my overall profile should show by defalt. Is it possible? if yes the please help me.

Hi,

Try with this:

In SU3, for the Parameter ID - CY1 give your Overall profile in Parameter values and check now in CM01.

Thanks for correct answer. At the time of converting planned order to production order if work center is overloaded system is showing overload week wise . If I want this in day wise, can it possible?

Hi,

In SU3 - Maintain user's profile, under "Parameters" tab, select CYA as Parameters ID and give your Overall profile in parameter value. Now you wil get your Overall profile as default one for Capacity levelling. Also, check for other Parameters ID for your reuirement.

Hope this helps for your requirement.
