We have SAP HANA Public Cloud in Implementation phase and in Central Business Configuration we tried to add some new company legal forms at the "Manage Legal Forms" screen.
Somehow some forms were duplicated in the list. We tried to delete the not needed ones, but we cannot delete any new entries, despite, we have not transported any of these new entries and of course they were never used.
Request clarification before answering.

But they have never been used, nor transported. Just created, saved, but nothing else.

I understood your description and that is why i have recommended to you top open a support incident. The configuration app used here doesn't support self service deletion as mentioned in the link provided. That is the reason why the delete option is disabled in your screen.
Your particular case needs to be reviewed in the system based on the specific use case and details available to the support team based on your input and feedback.
