Hello, malam1581

Please don't ask a new question -- posted as an answer -- in an old thread filled with Former Members. You won't reach anybody this way.

I have converted your answers to comments, but if you want to find a solution to your issue, you should submit a new question instead: https://answers.sap.com/questions/ask.html.

I recommend that you familiarize yourself with https://community.sap.com/resources/questions-and-answers, as it provides tips for preparing questions that draw responses from our members. Feel free to take our Q&A tutorial at https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/community-qa.html as well, as that will also help you when preparing questions for the community.

I hope this advice helps!

Kind regards,

Hello Mohammad,

From the screen that your have pasted, I can see a 102 entry with the negative amount. From what I can gather, the Service Entry Sheet is already cancelled as per the 102 movement type in the screen that you have pasted.

The document number of the Service Entry Sheet will remain because that is the evidence that the Invoice was originally posted against the Service Entry Sheet and once the Invoice is posted that Service Entry Sheet is locked and cannot be permanently deleted from the system.

I think you should be able to book new service entry sheets against the PO Line Item and that the PO Line ITem is not open to accept further service entry sheets.

Please advise if the above does not make sense.

Thanks and Regards

Suhas
