Hi Swetha,

SLA - Service Level Agreement.

Generally in every support project made an aggrement between Client & Project team. These SLA's may be like Urgent (4hrs Resolution time), High(8hrs), Medium (24 Hrs) and Low(168hrs). All these are Working Hours only. These may change depending on Project to Project.

Hi Swetha,

SLA stands for service level agreement.

In each project a agreement between customer and project team is defined and this is known as SLA. In this, the priority to resolve the issue which arises in support is defined and the time required to resolve the issue is defined.
