Can not assign settlement rule for maintenance order

Hi all,

Please support me as I can not assign settlement rule automatically when I release maintenance order.

I have define settlement allocation structure, settlement profile and assign settlement profile to maintenance order.

Dear,

While defining the settlement profile specify CTR as default settlement receiver and check ,and also make the settlement profile mandatory for order release.

Thank for your useful link. I have fix this problem by go to this IMG

PM-Maintenance and Service Orders---Functions for Order-----setllement rule creation time.

and change the time is "Mandatory for release" instead of "mandatory for completion" as default.

Hi Emily,

For Maintenance Orders, Settlement Cost Center is derived by the system automatically based on the Equipment Master. Whatever the Cost Center was mentioned in the Equipment Master will be taken by the system as Settlement Receiver Cost Center for the Order.

Check your Settlement Profile where in you need to mention "Default Object Type" as "CTR". and under Valid Receivers, Cost Center should allowed for Settlement.
