Can AFUDC function be turned off when setting up a network?

We are using SAP version 1503 Simple Finance. Is there a way to turn off AFUDC function when setting up a network? If so, how would one go about doing that? This is now a requirement from our finance department.

Hi, if you are talking about interest calculation on capital projects, you may have to check the interest profile using tcode OPIA. This profile is attached in project definition, control data tab.
