Dear All,

when i applied full day absence via IT2001, absence hrs (08.00), absence day(1.00) and caleder days (1.00) are coming correctly. and also when i run payroll (international) driver.. table PARTA is giving TSAP**, TAAP** and TKAP** are reading correct value.

But when i applieid 0.5 days absence,  only Absence Hrs (4.00) and absence days(0.50) are coming in IT2001. calender days coming as 0.00.

in PARTA table only absence hours TSAP** is reading .no values in TAAP** and  TKAP** . why this is happening only for half day absence? In counding rule i have cheked the field < 1 days and ticked on Full day.

Actualy my puorpuse is, i hv to calculate the nomber of absence days to calculate the Attendace bonues in payroll.

Pls help me how to over come from this issue,

Thanks,

manjula

Manjula,

One more thing, TAAP* is absence days ... In half day leavem absence day is 0 only , that is why only absence hours are reflecting.. SAme with calender days TKAP its is 0 in case of half day..

I am not find any issue with this ,,

Your output is correct .....

Confg is also all fine..

Hi priya,

Thanks for your help

even though caleder day can not shown half day then why Absence day is not coming to PARTA table.

(TAAP** )this value is showing 0.00  but in IT2001.its showing absence days 0.50.

My purpose is,  I have to write PCR to capture the number of paid absence days to do the attendance allowance bonus.

Pls advice me how can i fetch the absence days (including 0.50 days)  via PCR. where else  i can fetch rather than using TAAP**.?

Hi Mnjula,

to do the attendance allowance bonus you can also query that if employee is present for number of days( could be 20 days or 21 days or 25 days) depends on your requirement.

it is like if employee is present for 20 days in a month then he is eleigible for attendance bonus full amount.

if employee is present for  less than 20 days then he is not eligible for attendance bonus.

HI Khaja,

If it is based on number of days like u mentioned then no issue for me. But my client having a slap like if an employee got only 0.5 days in a month  then he/ she get 1500, if employee got more than 2.5 days in a month so he will not eligible for attendance bonus. For this purpose, I need to have a quarry on 0.5 days as well.

Dear Manjula,

for half day leaves it is better to create separate absence type and give 50% in absence valuation.

Hi Manjula,

Have you created any seperate absence type for Half day leave ???

Please confirm

You also need to check with Rounding rule if you have assigned with your counting rule..

Please provide some more input on issue..
