Dear All,
Recently users were unable to submit VAT because the connection to HMRC had expired but they did not know about it
And as the user who had the connection established originally had left the company no one had any visibility of the connections to HMRC
Is there any scope of functionality to allow multiple users visibility of the connection to HMRC?
If not is there a way to have a email notification to inform users when the connection is about to expire
Thanks.
Dear All,
The number of Authorized accounts accessible from SAP OnDemand for the UK MTD Integration Service to submit data to the HMRC is restricted to one account only. If more than one account is maintained the error above is raised.
The Authorized Accounts are maintained in the Fine Tune task UK Making Tax Digital, for the UK MTD Integration service under Authorized Accounts. *
Refer to the KBA 3506199 - Multiple accounts for the UK MTD Integration Service https://me.sap.com/notes/3506199 for additional details, please.
And currently, the system does not provide any notification email about the expiration date. In this case, you can suggest a new feature request in our Influence Channel. See KBA 2531650 - New Customer Request for Additional Feature or Function in SAP standard software https://me.sap.com/notes/2531650 for further information, please.
Regards,
Anderson
