BYD - employee times with planned times

Dear colleagues,

I am looking for a report or any possibility to get an overview about planned holidays of employees in BYD for a whole company.

The system provides several reports named "Employee Times" but only the report "

Employee Times: Yearly" show planned holidays until the end of this year.

I found no possibility to display planned holidays for eg. the next year.

Do you have any idea if BYD supports this requirement anyway? I found a note but that did not work (https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/public/en/0001470403)

Hello Klaus,

We tried to check some possibilities to achieve the holiday overview that you mentioned, however we were not able to find a way to get the list of holidays from a company.

It is possible to get the list of holidays in the Working Day Calendar activity in Business configuration, however you cannot get which companies or employees are using that calendar.

As far as reports are concerned, we only found a way to get the amount of planned days for vacation (for example) using the Employee Time Accounts data source.

As it seems, this is a new requirement and so we suggest you to submit it to our influence portal. Our development team may check this requirement and consider it for future releases of the system. The link to our influence portal is the following:

Since this was already discussed 2018 is there a solution for this already existing. What I need is to build a report for example that tells me for example

Look this day and up coming 360 - give result employees that has approved vacation , when was the request created and approved , if changes show the made changes. Like

Person A

originally he does the request for vacation 10-20.6 this is created 20.5 and approved 21.5 . Then there is changes he does on 25.5 which is approved on same time and changes the request to 15-25.6

I need a report that tells me on day 26.5 that following changes was made for person XY for vacation. And the best would be to execute the changes as batch job during night time to defined user group like HR.

I can find a lot of reports that do give me information in past but for example change of vacation has as well input need on salaries. Or do we have the relevant information in data sorces.
