Dear Experts,
I have query in which sum of two wbs is not accurate. what could be the reason?
Kindly refer below screen shot. The budget loaded against wbse N17038.065.178 PKR 10,687,679/- & wbse N17038.065.186 PKR 19,095/- equal to PKR 10,706,774 but the system is showing sum of PKR 10,808,888/- resulting in the available figures of PKR 102,114 instead of zero.
Please help me on this issue.
Regards,
Nadeem
You assign budget from the top down. Look at the second screen shot. On the top WBS you have assigned a budget of 10,808,888 BUT you have not distributed all of it down to the lower levels. You have distributed 10,706,774. You have 102,114 left to distribute down...or not. That is why the budget transaction says you have 102,114 as Distributable.

Hello Nadeem,
From the report screenshot I observed, it has the 4th level. Maybe in the 4th level, there is some budget.
Thanks
