Budget Blocking in Not Possible from IW31Maintenance Order

Hi All,

I have an Issue Availability Control on Budget of WBS element.

I have WBS element with Budget 100000 GBP and till now we have spended 79,273 and the Remaining
Budget is 20,727 GBP and my tolerance limit is set as Error message when it is 100%

Now, i am trying to create the Maintenance Order with Stock Material which has a Price of 20,727 GBP

here the budget is reached to 100%, then System should give an error message as Budget is Exceeded, but is allowing to the Maintenance Order,

Could you please me to block the work order when budget is exceeded even for Stock Materials which creates reservation from Maintenance Order.

Hi Rajesh

It seems your tolerance limits settings in PS must be updated: you must update them with error message, not warnings.
Here is the link: SPRO ---> Project System --> Costs ---> Budget

First make sure which budget profile is in use by "Maintain Budget Profiles" and secondly check the settings in "Define Tolerance Limits" setting.
