Hello Team,
Customer is trying to activate the SAP Signavio Process Insights on BTP portal. As checked on BTP portal, there is an existing subaccount created under GCP-India region.
However, the SAP Signavio Process Insights is not supported in any of the GCP datacenter as per documentation. Preparing an Account for SAP Signavio Process Insights | SAP Help Portal
Does this mean, customer need to create another subaccount ? if yes, which region should they choose and would it lead to any charge increase w.r.t BTP portal?

Yes, please advice your customer to create new sub account on eligible region, or if they use booster, only available regions are appears in dropdown to select.
