BSP Issue

My Client has a scenario where

In Process status requires 3 sub status (Emp Year end assessment, Mgr Year end assessment and Higer Manager Approval)

I have maintained Status Flow as below

in Emp Year end assessment target status moves to Mgr Year end assessment and Mgr Year end assessment moves to Higher Manager Approval

when the BSP for Higher Manager Approval is opened in the Portal (MSS - column owner Further Participants) also tested with column owner as Appraiser

the Approve and Reject Buttons as well as Final Appraisal Column are disabled even though the column access is maintained as change

and if the same is accessed through (Higher Manager log in) in R3 using PHAP_CHANGE the column is allowed to change and the approve and reject button are accessable

could any one please suggest where i am going wrong or why the BSP is behaving such way

your earliest response would be highly appreciated

regards

Praveen

Hi Praveen,

Have you got this issue solved? I assume that its not since your thread is still open.

Did you try with PP_MY_APP_MGT in the backend(after assigning the userid to IT0105 of that manaer/Sr.Manager )? This is the back-end transaction where you can check for the cloumn properties and authorization for buttons. PHAP_CHANGE and PHAP_ADMIN are admin Tcode where the HR super users will try to edit/override the ratings.

I can think of only one issue and that would be with the template. In the status flow tab, check for the Substatus transitions and buttons available and the user/agent to which the subsequent processing goes to.

Hope this helps you.
