BSI 9.0 upgrade: "Select Data Source"

Hi,

I have already completed the BSI upgrade in my DEV system, I have started the upgrade in the QAS system but cannot connect to the data source. I am using Windows and Oracle (DB). I have the database, ODBC, and data source setup just like in DEV .. but everytime I open Tax Factory 9.0 or try any activities inside the GUI, I get "Select Data Source" multiple times. I tried deleting BSI 9.0 from programs and reinstalling, but same issue.

What can I check to ensure my setup is correct? Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I have reviewed note 1484771. I do not see a troubleshooting item regarding my data source issue. I do not have an issue with the RFC. I have an issue between the BSI TaxFactory GUI (client) and the data source. I have already sent the issue to BSI support.

Has anyone had this issue?
