Break schedule impact..?

Hi friends

What is the impact of break schedule in DWS? is it essential assignment in DWS (T550A).

If, suppose we did put paid break in t550p, while putting absence for full day system give some differences.

is it?

Plz clarify me.

It is not necessary to define Break schedule for DWS.

you can go ahead without creating break schedules, these are important only when you are looking for paid and upaid breaks and time data.

as has been said, break schedule is not mandatory for DWS.

However, if you incorporate a break schedule into your DWS, it does matter whether it's a paid or unpaid break.

If it's a paid break, entering a full day absence will deduct the paid break time frame as well.

On the other hand, if the break is unpaid, a full day absence will not deduct the break time frame from the quota.

It is not mandatory to Include Break while defining DWS. Inclusion or exclusion is really dependent on the definition of the Shift by HR / Time Team.
