Hi Guys,
I am trying to restrict access to the Payment Terms Tab in SBO under the Business Partner. I have found in Authorisations an option for Payment Terms under the "User Authorisations" area. However when I set this to no authority the users can still change the payment terms.
Am I missing something her or does that refer to something completely different.
I think you mean to disable user updating BP payment term instead of modify the term itself. Then you have to assign Business Partner authorization to read only. However, if you need user to be able to edit some other part of BP, then you may not have any choices but block this by SP or SDK.
Thanks,
Gordon

Hi Marcella,
Thanks for the reply, the authorisation as you have posted is set the same and yet they can still change the payment method, did I miss something ?
Thanks in advance
Sean

Hello Sean,
I would suggest you to choose no authorisation for the following path:
Administration - Set up - Banking.
This will not allow the user to see or change the Payment Terms under the payment terms tab of the Business Partner Master Data.
I hope this helps you.
