BOP not able to confirm

Hello experts,

I am working for a client who created an environment where PAC is not relevant, only PAL with capacity based allocation. I am testing aatp and BOP and getting strange issue.

I followed below steps

1st - I created a sales order which got confirmed on the required delivery date i selected during creation.

2nd - Now I ran BOP with loose strategy on that order to loose its confirmation completely. 

3rd - Now when i am running BOP on same order with WIN strategy it is not confirming on the required delivery date. I tried WIN, GAIN but both failed, and IMPROVE is pushing to a future date of requested delivery date. But if i open the sales order in change mode and run availability check, system is confirming on the requested delivery date.

So why BOP is not able to assign confirmation on Requested delivery date but availability check in change order is able to?

Hi Prateek Garg,

Please check your backend setting that enable aATP BOP at Plant level.

This configuration is already present. My Question is why aATP in change order mode is giving different result than running BOP.

Most likely due to resmod setting (check TA OVZJ) and check note 2589424 -> question 28.
