Bonus Calculation

Hi All,

My client want to have bonus calculation on constant figure, ( 20% of 3500) monthly.

And it has to be prorate basis. suppose if an employee is is absent 1 day in a month, so the calculation should be (350029/30= 3383.33) so bonus has to be calculated on 3383.3320/100.

please give your input.

Thanks

Rajesh

Hi,

On which wage type do you want calculate the overtime? like basic or gross.

Create one wagetype, then maintain wage type in 0041IT from ...... to .......

then write a rule like this:

*

1010

AMT%20

ADDWT 1020

Note: in which wage type aru you maintain the 3500/- is it basic or other.

Parameters: see on 3500 is there factoring or not, if it is factoring wage type then no issues. you can use the above rule. I think so it is factoring wage type, because of you are telling if an employee has take the leave, bonus will calculate on after reduction wage type.

so, here 3500*20%= 700.

(350029/30= 3383.33) so bonus has to be calculated on 3383.3320/100.

we can use above rule, if it is factoring wage type.

hi

make me clear that what is this 3500/- means its a wagetype amount or a fixed figure. if it is a wagetype amount then ur bonus wagetype should be 20% of that wagetype or if it is fixed figure then your bonus amount should be 700/- as per ur calculation. am i right

HI Saathi,

3500 is a fixed amount (Constant) but if the employee is absent in any of the day in that month, then it should factor like, if an employee is absent one in a month then the calculation should be (35002920/100*30)

Please suggest how it will be possible.

Regards

Rajesh
