BOM & ROUTING UPDATE

CAN WE CHECK THAT WHETHER BOM & ROUTING HAS BEEN UPDATED OR NOT BY ANY TABLE ?

Hello Kaushal,

What is the purpose you need these details, if it is for Product Costing purpose, simply if you CK40N, It throws you back all the materials for which BOM or Routing does not exists.

Hi,

if a BOM is created, a BOM header exists: table STKO.

if a routing is created, a routing header exists: table PLPO.

I had checked both table but we are not able to co relate by matrial list, Supose we had 10000 material master than I need to check that in how much material master BOM & routing had not created.

Personally, I would create a list of the 10000 materials, extract a list of BOMs, extract a list of the routings and do a V-look up in Exel or use Access.

Not Clear, In which field I had to use vloop, there is no common field. And I want to co-relate with material master.

Dear Kaushal,

In my understanding if you are using ECM - Change numbers or ECR - Engineering change request to make any BOM or routing

changes,then we can get some information that there are some BOM or routing changes for these many materials.

Otherwise in standard SAP I dont think directly we can get this information.

Check and revert back.

the table MAST has the MAterial - BOM number link
