Benefits Participation Print Confirmation Form

There is a Print Confirmation Form link on the Benefits Participation page that brings up an adobe form with a benefits summary. Where that form is located, maintained, and how can it be changed?

Thanks for the info, but this does not help me much.

This appears to be where the forms are assigned to templates. I need to know the steps to modify the actual form.

Another collegue told me to goto Tcode HRFORMS, but that only brings up payslips.

Hi,

Go to Flexible Admin-->Form setup -->Assign templates to form types.

And also in

ESS >Home Page>services-->EMPLOYEE_FLEXBENS_PRINT_FORM & EMPLOYEE_FLEXBENS_PARTICIPATION

Resources-->EMPLOYEE_FLEXBENSPARTICIPATION_SERVICE
