I want to implement benefit module, please suggest us if SAP given any standard options to use.
Or we need to use only MDF to create benefit module activation.

It is about EC in SF and have issue & Doubt whether we have SAP SF delivered Benefit Module or we can use only enhancement module MDF

Depending on the country and the type of Benefits you need to setup, Global Benefits exist in SF EC. It is more and more powerful, you just need to evaluate if it would do the work for you.
