Hi

i need to have the Basic start date not mandatory and the basic finish date not mandatory depending of the plant in PM order.

Not possible with OPU7 or 3.

Any ideas ?

Thanks for your answer

Is this because you want to use backwards scheduling?

If so, either change your OPU7 settings, or change the Scheduling Type in each order..

Peter,

Thanks for your reply.

The custo in OPU7 is with backwards scheduling for all the werks. But when i create an order, on  few werks, the forwards scheduling arrive ( T482 table in include LCOIHF1C ) . So another custo bypass the OPU7.

So this happens on all orders for a few planning plants, even though the customizing settings say backwards scheduling in OPU7?

Yes on all orders (we have 4 order type) for a few planning plants.

And no exist ( SMOD or Badi) on it.

Serge,

Question: I'm assuming these orders are being created via IW31 and not some development??

If the customising settings are correct i.e. backwards scheduling, but some orders have forward scheduling. Then check the change documents to ensure someone isn't manually changing the scheduling type in the order header.

If that doesn't help, then raise an OSS Message to SAP to see what they recommend.

I don't why , we made an upgrade recently...
