BAPI_ALM_CONF_CREATE not generating Actual Costs in PM Order

Hello experts.

I'm using BAPI_ALM_CONF_CREATE to do the confirmation of hours in a PM order. But when I check the order, the real costs are not calculated.

If I post confirmation using IW41, it works normally.
