Bank details not updating from successfactors to sap HCM

Hi Team,

Business flow is from successfactors->SAP HCM-> Downstream lines

Few employee expenses are not getting transferred to FI.

After checking it was found that bank details (IT0009) are maintained in successfactors but it didnot flow to SAP HCM.

Can anyone please let me know what could be the possible reason.am new to SAP HCM .
