Balancing field "segment" in line item 001 not filled

while doingstock posting in MB1C, I am getting an error Balancing field "segment" in line item 001 not filled. i am ussing ECC6.

i had gone through sdn forum but not able to solve it. Need a help.

Thanks (balaji and lakhmipati) for your early response problem is solved.procedure is like this-img-financial account-g/l a/c-> Bussiness Transaction -> Document Splitting ->Define document splitting for general ledger a/c .Then i unchecked the mandatory field in segment field.
