Thanks for ur help. Actually we can reduce the qty to 0 and close .but if we technically complete the order and then try to go for closing the order, system says that the qty shoud be zero. so my qyestion is there any ways to close the order after technical completion of it even though the qty is not 0 . bcause this happens almost in all scenarios of us so it woould be difficult for the users to change the order qty to 0 for each and every order to close it.
