BAdI for generating embedded XML files for e-invoices not released for Germany?

Hi colleagues, 

Could someone possibly advise me on the below question from my customer regarding their migration of Peppol Exchange Service to BTP? 

“Could you please briefly confirm that the BAdI for generating the embedded XML files for e-invoices in the Public Cloud has still not been released for Germany?

Please check again after your system has been upgraded to 2408. I am checking now and the BAdIs show as available in Custom Logic. See below.
