Backup and Mailer SAP Service problem

Hello

I am trying to run the Backup and SBO Mailer. I open the SBO Service Manager and press the Run Button. It always stays grey all buttons. When i go to the services in control panel, i see the service status is starting but it does not change to started. These happens in both cases. Other services (license server) dont have these problem.

SBO 8.8 SP00 PL12

Better to upgrade to the latest PL. It is PL16 already.

Hi,

Since these two services are not started, you may need to do a clean reinstall of the service manager tool first.
