Hi,

My client requirement

I have unrestricted stock of 10 no. along with number for PR & Purchage order.

In each production order the material required is 10.

I have created two production orders.

In the frist production order when i check for availability for material then system showing message all materials are available.

For second order when i check for availability for material then system showing message all materials are available.

My requirement is system should take only unrestricted stockand Once it is commited to one order it should show material shorthae to all production orders.

I am using Discrit manufacturing with make to stock strategy.

Please suggest how to find go for availability check for more then one production orders

I know t. Code is COMAC.

S.K

In OPJJ , for the availability check you have entered for the material code (normally 02) and checking rule for the production orders (PP in SAP standard) verify the elements that are relevant for checking.

If you want to consider only available stck, then you should create some new checking rule as ZP, assign to order type in OPJK and make all input elements (purchase order, planned order, purchase requisition) not relevant for the availability check. Only stock (positive) and reservartions (from other production orders/planned orders) will be considered.

Hi,

T code OPJJ Availability check control

In In/Outward Movement =>Include dependent reservation =Include all reservations

In In/Outward Movement => Include reservation = Take material reservation into account

In Stock => Include Restricted use stock = Take restricted-use stock into account

Then T code OPJK

Availability = 1

Checking rule = PP (Same that you set in OPJJ t code)

Hi,

I have already config the system system give right result for one production order.

My requirement is as follows

When i am checking Availability check for more than one producion orders in COMAC. System shows

For Example-

Componet- 51000123 is in stock. Stock Qty.- 10

Componet- 51000123 is used in both assemblies 3000321 & 3000322

In one assemly the requirement of component 51000123 is 10 and in other assembly i.e 3000322 requirement of component is 8.

There are two production orders for the above asseblies

Whenever i am checking availability for two production orders system give the message "all materialsin order---- are availabile"

for both production order.

My requirement is once the availability check is carried out, How System should check order one by one.

i.e the 1st requirement is 1st order should check for order and thereafte it should consider 2nd order like this,

Please suggest how to proceed.

Sanjay

1) in OPJJ, for ur Check rule & Ching group combination

2) just make a tick mark for opation Repl. lead time

Then check the result
