Automatic mail trigger during Notification creation

Hi ,

I want to send a mail to the users in the Distribution list automatically during Quality Notification creation.

The Distribution list will contain the list of users,whom the task assigned in the notification.

Hi Sridhar,

1. This can be solved if you have work flow configured.

2. If Work flow is not configured, you can mail the respective members on their SAP Mail box manually.

Hi Sridhar,

You can use the Task code 'Send email'. If you dont have workflow, still you can send emails on your email.

You need to do some settings with your Basis guy (SMTP) settings.

You can write a functional module from your ABAPer to write a code to get the details of the partners from notification.

After the application of the code you will have to click on the action box option for sending email. once you save the notification system will trigger the email.
