Automatic Email Generation for booking Candidate for an Event/Training

Hi All

Can anyone guide me as how to configure <b>automatic email generation</b> for the candidate once he has been <b>booked/cancelled/rebooked</b> for any <b>training</b> or event. I am quite new to this module so <b>kindly provide step by step assistance</b>. Quick replies would be really appreciated and duly rewarded.

go the TE Management IMG in Day-toDay Activities->correspondence->Wizards and run the wizard to the basic setup, it can set it up for you. Search the forum for more detail questions.

The automatic notifications can be generated based on an triggers like cancellation, prebooking, booking, replacement, ...

The notifications can be of different deliverylike email, printer, etc...

The notification delivery is based either on the user who is doing it or participant who is receiving it. It is not based on the course. So you can't turn-on or turn-off notifications based on courses.

The configuration path (Day-to-day activities > correspondence> ...) provides the triggers and the corresponding forms. They can be customized using SAP Forms.

Hi,

First Set up the Notification letter in SO10. Then go to TEM and Notification, set the IDTXT as your notification letter, and enter the Receiver 1,2,3. you will have the documents how to set. Just go through that. It will help you.
