Automatic approval for maintenance orders workflow is not working

Hi,

I created a reactive maintenance order, and according to the best practice for reactive maintenance (Reactive Maintenance (4HH_US)), we should be able to start a flexible workflow for approval. I sent the order, but it never reaches my inbox or gets approved. I can see the order in the Fiori application, and under the authorization status, I see that the automatic workflow has the order, but it’s been days, and it hasn’t been approved or rejected:

I thought the automatic approval workflow would approve the order instantly.

Does anyone know why this might be happening? Could it be due to a missing configuration? Is there a way to release this order from the current workflow to continue with the proces?

Good afternoon:

I also have a similar issue in the Manage Workflow for Asset Management / maintenance order app.

I have already set up a workflow rule so that if the planned cost is greater than $1000 it goes through an approval.

The maintenance order does enter authorization with the ORAI Order Approval In Process status. I look for the workflow in the inbox and it doesn't arrive.

My question is where can I approve the maintenance order?

las reglas del flujo de trabajo ya no te deja editarla después de que la creas, tendrías que borrarla o desactivarla y crear una nueva con todos los datos. Por que editarla ya no deja. Mira a mi también no me da la opción de editar los destinatarios después de haberla creado.

Buenas tardes:

al final pude hacer que si llegara la autorización a mi bandeja creando la orden 

en la app gestion de workflow pude parametrizar por costo planeado

el orden de las reglas es importante

los pasos del 

Pasos de workflow los parametrice así 

y con esto ya me salia en la bandeja
