automatic amount split

is there any solution for automatic amount split according to base amount and tax in MIR7 or MIRO transaction ?

Hi ptk.alborz,

As far as I know, there is no standard functionality or even enhancement to split the amounts in accordance with your requirement. Unless it is a legal requirement in your country and SAP offers some out-of-the-box localization solution.

As a workaround, I suggest to check out the use of installment payment terms. You can read more in the following post. Essentially with this approach you need to define installment payment terms consisting of two basic payment terms: one will have the percentage for tax base, another one - the percentage for tax amount. But eventually, it might be difficult or even impossible to arrive at the correct values due to the rounding.

In my case, VAT rate is 20%. Considering total amount of 3600.00 UAH with VAT, I can define the rates for installment terms as shown below. But as you can see, the resulting amounts are slightly higher/smaller due to rounding. But maybe with a different VAT rate, it would be easier to manage.

P.S. By the way, what is the actual requirement behind this ? Why do you need to split the AP-amounts in this way ? Is there any specific legal / business justification ?
