HI All
we are in the process of reimplementing time management and payroll process.
Every month there a fixed amount paid to employee (attendance payment through a wage type), If employee takes any unpaid absence, then he / she will lose that pay component in that month
Could you please suggest the best approach for this in SAP please.
we are on time evaluation and GB payroll in Ecc6
Thanks

Through a Time Evaluation PCR, generate a Time Type for each unpaid absence.
Through an other PCR, on the last day of the month, check that Time Type and generate the Attendance Bonus WT if there are no unpaid absences (HRS=0).

I will try that way..
I would like to explain my case in detail.
Attendance bonus is a fixed amount of $100 every month to all employees.
It will not be paid only if they take certain absences.
We have total of 28 absences in which 8 comes under unpaid & unauthorised.
Only if employee takes any of these 8 then he /she lose that £100 in that month.
Just wondering, if we generate a wage type in a PCR and maintain the absences for which they lose attendance bonus in a customised table, will that work
Or is there any special flag against absences to identify any payments?
Thanks
DA
